Ankit Singh Rathore graduated in Law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, India (2018). He started his career as a lawyer in 2018 soon after he graduated. Ankit has attended various courses on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Business Management from IITs and IIMs and completed his PG Diploma course in IPR from NLSIU, Bangalore.

Ankit Singh Rathore, founding partner at EasLegal Partners, leads the Firm’s practice in Intellectual Property, Capital Markets and Startup Funding.
Ankit’s passion for Intellectual Property law began early on in his career, as he saw the growing importance of protecting ideas and inventions in today’s fast-paced technological landscape. He has specialised in entertainment rights, copyrights and trademark practice. Along with that, he is a staunch supporter of Entertainment rights. He has teamed up with various entertainers and record labels as an Entertainment attorney.
In addition to his expertise in Intellectual Property, Ankit also has a strong background in capital markets and startup funding. He has advised clients in the process of going public, and has a deep understanding of the regulations and requirements involved. He also regularly advises startups on fundraising strategies and the legal considerations that come with seeking funding.

Vivekanand Bhardwaj has worked primarily with clients in the space of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, data protection and privacy, and cyber security. Vivekanand’s prior experiences have been working with two of the biggest law firms in India: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Khaitan & Co.
Vivekanand is a young and dynamic lawyer with a strong business acumen which he has gained through his experience working in corporate practice groups of his previous law firms, completing a Master’s in Germany, and having several other study trips to Germany.
Vivekanand’s has a more focussed practice in working on and negotiating key contractual terms in transaction documents, services contracts, or assisting with setting up and reworking privacy policies, terms of use, and other key policy documents.
Vivekanand is also well-versed and equipped with knowledge on data protection laws and issues that businesses face in the same arena. With data protection and cyber security taking centre-stage for most businesses, particularly tech startups, we are happy to have him, who is able to provide concise, robust and actionable advice to clients for those matters.

Anuradha Kaushik is both a Commerce (B. Com) and law graduate (LL.B.); She became a Company Secretary in 2015. In addition to that, she holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance and Business Policy .

Owing to her successful career as a Company Secretary, Anuradha is experienced in providing advice on complicated issues from a financial, taxation, and legal implications’ perspective. She has wide experience & expertise in handling Legal, Secretarial & Corporate affairs matters for Trading, Manufacturing & Service Sector Industries ranging from FMCG, Infrastructure, Automobiles, Finance etc in India.
Prior to that, she had worked as Assistant Manager at Lex Indis, Law Offices, Delhi in Legal and Corporate Division and for more than 3 years in the Company Secretary Department of many PSUs.
She is an invaluable asset to the Firm and her addition enables us to act more like a one-stop-shop for providing a more comprehensive range of services to businesses of all kinds and across different sectors.
She is an avid traveller, a self-proclaimed ‘master chef’, and enjoys adventure sports.

He has a strong experience of 6+ years in uncomplicating the intricacies of the Insolvency Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Advisory, Capital Market Laws, Debt Recovery Laws, Regulations issued by the SEBI and RBI, and other civil matters. Azeem has profound experience and comprehensive grasp of how the legal landscape works when it comes to his domain of expertise, and it is no wonder clients want him to deliver his meticulous and innovative solutions to their most valuable matters. The complexities that come along while handling the interplay of the several laws such as the Companies Act 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, is something that professionals such as Azeem can easily traverse.
